Overview​

JuggleIM supports two deployment models: Managed Private Cloud and Private Cloud. Both provide the same messaging capabilities, but differ in how infrastructure, data storage, the Admin Console, and billing are managed.

Choose Managed Private Cloud: JuggleIM manages deployment and operations. Once the service is provisioned, follow the client integration guides to connect your applications.

Choose Private Cloud: Deploy the service on your own infrastructure. After creating an application, deploy the IM service, then follow the client integration guides.
